Welcome to Stone River Customs! By accessing or using our website, purchasing our products, or placing a custom order, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. General

Stone River Customs provides custom laser-engraved and handcrafted products including, but not limited to, hats, leather patches, cutting boards, coasters, drinkware, gifts, and other personalized items.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any updates.

2. Custom Orders

Because many of our products are custom made:

  • Customers are responsible for verifying all spelling, names, dates, logos, uploaded artwork, and customization details before placing an order.

  • Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be canceled or changed.

  • Personalized products are made specifically for each customer and may not be eligible for return except as described in our Refund Policy.

3. Natural Materials

Many of our products are made from natural materials such as wood, slate, leather, cork, bamboo, maple, walnut, and acacia.

Every piece is unique. Variations in grain, color, engraving darkness, texture, knots, and natural markings are expected and are not considered defects.

Product photos are examples only and may not exactly match the finished product you receive.

4. Artwork & Intellectual Property

Customers confirm they have permission to use any logos, trademarks, photographs, or artwork they upload.

Stone River Customs is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations resulting from customer-provided designs.

We reserve the right to refuse any order that contains copyrighted, trademarked, offensive, hateful, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate content.

5. Production Times

Production times vary depending on product type, order size, and current workload.

Estimated production times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

6. Shipping

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on the shipping method selected.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.

Stone River Customs is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, weather, natural disasters, or other carrier-related issues.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • Photos of the shipping box (if applicable)

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8. Returns

9. Product Safety

Some products are decorative only.

Customers are responsible for using products safely and for their intended purpose.

Stone River Customs is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse or improper care.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stone River Customs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product.

11. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell customer information.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States.
